Integrative Hypnosis: Foundational Framework
This workshop focuses on the key elements of integrative hypnosis from multi-level pre-talk to rapid inductions and trance work. You’ll learn creative ways to access unconscious patterns, beliefs, biases and motivations and how to change them.
This class will have you practicing deep trance techniques for insight, meaning making and creating new narratives as well as conditioning in the change work on an unconscious level.
Understanding the brain in trance allows you to strategically utilize the increased activity in the mind/body connection as well as the decrease in self consciousness and overly critical thinking. This is why hypnosis is the best modality for sweeping changes that defy old patterned thinking.
What you’ll learn:
-
Multi-level pre framing- A way to use hypnosis to set expectation, belief and a foundation to speak to the unconscious mind while explaining the hypnotic work.
-
Hypnotic inductions- you will practice using a variety of inductions so you can adapt to different styles of processing. Almost all can be done in under two minutes so you have more time for the actual trance work (no boring 45 minute progressive relaxation inductions here!)
-
Hypnotic phenomena-you’ll practice different ways to deepen the hypnotic state and create some hypnotic phenomena so your clients understand the power they have in this state. There is nothing as convincing to people as first hand experience.
-
Trance work protocols- you’ll learn the different approaches to gaining unconscious insight, motivations and beliefs and how to organically address them. From mental rehearsal, embodied change and priming to accessing inner wisdom and guidance, this class builds a bridge between conscious and unconscious processing.
Reminder, this is for a single module of the Integrative Hypnosis Masterclass.
