- Delivery Policy: All video products are available on any web-enabled device. You may access your products via the browser or the Kajabi mobile app
- Return Policy Video Courses: You can request a refund for any video product purchased within 3 days. Send request here: Email Us. All access to digital purchases will be removed once/if a refund request is approved.
- Return Policy Live/Virtual Courses: Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Live/Virtual courses, unless otherwise provided by law, we have a no refund policy.
- Refund Fees: Any refund approved will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that any merchant fees, charged by the processor, will be deducted from the refund amount.
